  1. Your blog is a great idea. Most people never get to speak with a policeman (gay or straight) about anything. Your perspective will be a welcome read.

  2. Hey thanks so much for the kind comment. Just started this week and appreciate the kind work . Happy Thanksgiving

  3. Hi Don, hope you get this. I’m actually an AML (anti-money laundering) officer, not a cop. My husband is the NYPD officer. My email is thom413@aol.com if you want to chat. Good post you wrote on JMG.

    Best,
    Tom

  4. thanks for the comment re: MMJ on my blog – it was a great concert from an amazing band that has updated a genre of music that a generation of us grew up with; it was a great NYE shared with my partner, kids and friends – I wish you godspeed on the streets of our city.

  5. Thanks for the blogroll addition.

I’m a banking paralegal in real life — AML compliance is a subject I know all too well. LOL.

  6. Hello, I stumbled upon your fantastic piece on PO Omar Edwards death in 2009: https://nowholdon.wordpress.com/2009/06/04/rip-omar-j-edwards/
I would love to talk to you some more about your views about race in the police force for my project. Please do contact me. Thanks!
