President OBAMA “taps out” Calls Cambridge Police Officer

 

Now , we know the truth and the motive for the direct call to Sergeant Crowley of the Cambridge P.D. and the surprise personal appearance to the press this afternoon.  The motive  health care on the ropes which by the President’s own admisson  was being completely shadowed by the  press coverage over the President infusing himself into a Judaical matter for the courts.  Make no doubt about it this is a Freudian slip and Obama tapped out to fight on health care, but this is a “ROCKY” moment the President of the U.S. should never have been involved in a “local” matter, it demeans the office. No, way does this call go down without the President’s team knowing the content of the 911 tapes.  Obama should have never ever commented about pending litigation, this is a Freshman error of a high degree. It does not change the fact that he made the comment and it is clear from his statement that he thought and presumed that cops are stupid. Obama ” Gates overreacted”

Give him kudos for the call, I respect that but he should have another press conference on race, and stop folks from cop baiting, police bashing and tainting all cops as racists.

Time for Gates to man up and be real instead of keeping “IT REAL DUMB” . The Professor is a smart, intelligent and media savy individual. He must use his talents to improve race relations.

Time for Gates to take a “sensitivity” trainning class. Pompous fools like him treat , cooks, waiters, sanitation workers, doorman, livery drivers , cops and similar working class folks as ” low lifes, losers, below him and his high degreed beautiful people “high society” phony friends.

First Fact.

A call from a neighbor who identifies themselves to the police and gives specific detail about individuals and gives specific facts regarding conduct that constitutes a burglary gives the police probable cause to “stop, question and frisk ” the individual.

Second.

A citizen of Professor Gates Stature has superior knowledge of how to act in a civil and professional manner.  The Officer here when above and beyond  being courteous to a man who may have been committing a crime.

Third

Armed with this superior knowledge it’s common knowledge that anyone can make a complaint against a police officer and a robust review of the facts will be made.

Fourth

The President’s ( who is an attorney)  comments regarding this incident without hearing the facts displayed presumptive  bias against police officer. His acts are reckless , grossly indifferent to police officers across the nation  and perpetuates wrongful stereotypes that all cops are bigoted racists.

Fifth

Generally speaking many Burglars are in fact older individuals with drug addictions who “case” homes and business looking for ez pickings and a “non encounter” with a home owner. As such the “cops” did not act stupidly.

I now know what President Obama is all about. He reverted back to his “activist” “acorn” progressive self. He has not grown, and displayed “poise” The President labeled all cops as “racial pro filers” who intentionally target minorities. This is patently false, and creates unnecessary racial tension and exacerbates an already tough job.

I love Professor Gate’s documentaries on DNA. I saw him in an Irish Pub when he found out he is part Irish, I thought he was a builder of better relations , a purist in pursuit of facts. He is a sham he must  apologize and eat some humble pie.

FBI reports mortgage fraud up 35%

The increase in mortgage fraud is up a full 36 % http://www.mortgagefraud.org/ which indicates the industry similar to Wall Street is not regulated with enough policing to deter the behavior. Mortgage Fraud is generally a misrepresentation of material facts in the purchase of real estate ( employment, income job status, credit score, past credit history, assests) and or an omission in these facts. Frequently persons in the fraud business have allies such as appraisers who falsify the value of the property. Today’s Wall Street Journal http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124631486277570583.html in an Op-Ed reports that many of the housing and mortgage woes are also the result of declining prices and no recourse loans, which allow consumer’s to walk away from a mortgage with ease and rationality when the value of the asset drops below the market value.  Fraud is a component of this as mortgage brokers often fabricated the assets and credit history of a borrower to induce the lender to make a loan. Another component of the industry leading to fraud is that mortgage lenders, brokers, salesperson and their staff are not supervised, regulated, trainned or certified. The industry is replete with convicts , hooples, low lifes and frequently staffed with criminals. Recession Hits “The Rock” Manhattan Real Estate

I heard all the time from the pseudo experts. Oh not Manhattan, the foreigners will still buy here and keep the bullish -overly pricey Manhattan real estate boom going on in perpetuity. It is common sense that what happened on the West Coast would occur here. This is just the start of the correction. The combination of loss of Wall Street jobs, and the support jobs that go with them were bound to hit the real estate market.

I have traveled for several years to the West Coast San Francisco and saw the pre-cursor to New York.  In California the decline was significant and the reality was the collapse of some of the high tech industry which supported high levels of real estate demand which caused prices to increase. Here in New York, the same is true of the Wall Street and Banking industries which increased demand and pricing.
